![]() ![]() ![]() Students will explore key thematic questions such as: writing or telling their thoughts about their work.making charts and drawings relative to various topics. ![]() participating in an activity to set goals and track progress in physical activity and eating healthy in conjunction with learning about the stewardship we have over our physical bodies.creating a habitat model reflecting appropriate shelter, food, and surroundings for an animal of their choice.discussing the ideas in class and at home.Students will demonstrate their understanding of the topics by: Meteorology – a study of atmosphere, weather, the water cycle, clouds, and thunderstorms Course Objectives.Anatomy/Physiology – a look at some of the systems of our bodies (skeletal, muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestion, and waste) and being good stewards of our bodies, particularly through physical activity and good nutrition.Oceanography – comparing freshwater and salt water, a look at the individuality of the plants, animals, and landforms in the ocean.Physics – a look at force and motion with a focus on simple machines (levers, inclined planes, wedges, gears, and pulleys).Zoology – a review of invertebrates and vertebrates with an emphasis on animal habitats and the divine design of animals.In this course, students will learn about: ![]()
